Who we are

Braj Digital is a digital services studio based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Braj Digital.

Information we collect

• Details you share with us, such as your name, business name, mobile number, email address and the information you send when you contact us on WhatsApp or through our enquiry form.
• Project information you provide while we work together, such as content, photos, logos and account access needed to deliver our services.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and device type, to help us improve this website.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To deliver, support and improve the services you engage us for.
• To send project updates, invoices and important service notices.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The enquiry form

Our enquiry form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, type of business and what you need (the Braj Bhakti form asks a few more questions, most of them optional). A sent form reaches our email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). If we have switched on WhatsApp alerts on our own phone, a short summary of the same enquiry is sent to our own number through the CallMeBot service.

Cookies, analytics and your consent

• Your consent first. Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel load only if you choose “Allow” on the banner. If you decline, none of them load and no tracking cookies are set.
• What they measure: which pages were visited, which ad brought you, and whether an enquiry was made by WhatsApp, phone or the form. When you send the form, your phone number may be sent to Google in encrypted (hashed) form by Google’s tag, to measure advertising results.
• Changing your mind: use “Cookie settings” in the footer to give or withdraw consent at any time.
• Small preferences kept in your browser: your language, how you like WhatsApp to open, and your consent choice stay in your own browser. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or a click ID) are kept for that visit only and sent with your enquiry, so we know which ad worked.

WhatsApp and third-party services

When you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We use trusted providers for hosting, email, payments, analytics and advertising measurement (such as Google and Meta), who process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your rights

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent you have given. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
