Prices, quotes and agreements

“Starting at” prices shown on this website refer to our most basic plan. Every project begins with a written quote or proposal describing the scope, timeline and payment terms. That document, once accepted, forms the agreement for the project and takes priority over these general terms where they differ.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and timely feedback needed to complete the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or other material you share with us.
• Keep login details for accounts we set up for you secure.

Ownership

Once a project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including designs, content and your domain. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.

Third-party platforms

Many services rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, app stores and hosting providers. We follow their policies carefully, but we cannot control their decisions, outages or changes, and we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, ad approvals or results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Braj Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
